Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund or exchange the product for another of the same value within 14 days of delivery. Returns and exchanges will only be available if the following conditions are met:

• All items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition*. If the packaging has been unsealed and the garment removed, please include the old packaging in the return parcel where possible.

• Contact must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order. This can either be done via the contact form on our website, phone or email. Please ensure your order number is quoted as the subject of your return notification. All items that arrive without prior notification will not be subjected to a refund or exchange.
• Returned items must be sent back via a tracked delivery service.

(*In the event of washability issues, we will accept that the item is not in its original condition. We will still need to perform an inspection before advising if a refund can be issued.)

If the above conditions are met you may return your item for a refund or exchange for a different size or colour. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges that are charged at the same rate as your original order. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative item, please select an item of similar value as any differences will not be refunded. Please note we are only able to offer exchanges for items of the same brand.

All decisions for returns and refunds will be made within 24 hours of receiving the returned item(s) following an inspection. If approved, a replacement item or refund will be processed within 2 business days (dependant on stockholding).


Shipping costs will not be included in any refund unless the item is received damaged.
